About this job
As Deli Manager you will have full responsibility for the Deli counters and the team within that dept.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food/deli environment is essential, with a proven passion for food.
Experience working and serving customers in a very busy fast paced environment would be hugely advantageous.
Knowledge of delivering margin, controlling waste and driving sales is essential.
Must have full understanding of HACCP/food safety requirements in a fresh food service area.
Experience implementing new ideas and trying new things in order to drive sales would also be a huge advantage for this position.
Must be a strong leader who can manage, motivate and train the team in order to maintain high standards across the dept.
Experience, rostering and delegating to a fresh food team preferable.
