Customer Success Executive – SaaS

Role Summary: My client a digital healthcare company has an urgent need for a Customer Success Executive with SaaS experience. The successful candidate will gain a real appreciation for the needs of both patients and healthcare workers and how software can have a transformative impact in the delivery of care. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, handling issues and product improvement feedback, and supporting them and their patient users.
Ideal Candidate summarised: Experience providing support in SaaS solutions to people with varying degrees of technical proficiency. German fluency is preferred. Experience analyzing data, trends, someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems and pride yourself in providing exceptional customer support to everyone. Good presentation skills, client facing experience.
Location: Remote working initially
Salary: Negotiable (candidate dependant), 40-50K
Role Responsibilities include:
- Manage implementation and support of new clients end-to-end
- Document and improve processes (new client onboarding and support)
- Provide virtual (webinar) training to clinicians (nurses and doctors) on how to use the platform
- Assist in presentations
Bonus Role Requirements:
- Experienced in a healthcare setting is a bonus but not essential.
- A second language is a bonus (French, Italian or German)
