Chief Financial Officer
About this job
A dynamic and innovative investment management firm, with a Head Office in Cork city, (and an office in Dublin) is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to develop strategy and drive growth. The role will report into the CEO and Board of Directors.
As CFO you will be responsible for all aspects of finance from the financial control of the organisation through to investment and banking operations, protecting the company’s revenue and profits in order to create sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for financial planning and risk management, contribute to investment strategies and control fundraising and capital structures.
The firm operates both MiFID and AIFM entities so knowledge of the CBI reporting requirements for COREP, FINREP and ICAAAP submissions is required. You will be an experienced finance leader (qualified ACA, ACCA or similar) with a track record of developing high performing teams.
Ideally you will have experience liaising with regulatory authorities and as a PCF role, if you are already approved by the Central Bank then this will be an advantage (though not essential).
