Role Title: Business Analyst – Digital Customer Journeys
Role Summary: My client a provider of Retail and SME Banking based in Dublin is in urgent need of a Business Analyst. This Business Analyst will work on the Strategic Digital Transformation Programme ensure they deliver the right customer outcomes in all instances. My client intends adopt Agile ways of working in order to deliver these customer journeys. The Business Analyst will also work with business and technical teams to deliver pragmatic business and or technical solutions to meet business requirements. They will create As Is maps. The Business Analyst will facilitate workshops with the business and IT stakeholders to identify and document the design and business changes, create To Be maps and elicit, understand and document business requirements.
Ideal Candidate: A mid-level Business Analyst, that possesses strong process improvement skills, e.g. VISIO (Process Mapping), good ability to Support the User Acceptance Testing, have some experience with regards running workshops, and have broad knowledge of the Banking/Financial Services industry, in particular in Retail Banking practices and processes. Experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferable.
Role: Permanent Position – 50-55K (negotiable)
Role Responsibilities include:
- Analysis the as-is and implementing some Process Improvement
- Define business requirements and prepare BRD (Business Requirements Doc)
- Design customer journey maps
- Manage clients’ expectations & senior stakeholders
- Lead workshops
- Work closely with IT analysts, developers and the business ensuring clear understanding of the proposed requirements and associated functionality.
