As Bakery Manager you will have responsibility for managing the scratch bakery and confectionary dept. in store and the team within that dept.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Fresh Food Manager and with bakery experience is essential, with experience at supervisory/management level also required for this position.
Experience working and serving customers in a very busy fast paced environment would be hugely advantageous.
Knowledge of delivering margin, controlling waste and driving sales is essential.
Must have full understanding of HACCP/food safety requirements in a fresh food service area.
Experience implementing new ideas and trying new things in order to drive sales would also be a huge advantage for this position.
Early starts required so own transport is essential.
