Lincoln presents: What the All Blacks can Teach us About Business & Life with Bestselling Author James Kerr

Lincoln Recruitment are delighted to host a breakfast seminar with James Kerr author of the bestselling book ‘Legacy’ which provides a unique insight into the most successful sporting team of all time, The All Blacks.

James is a bestselling author, speaker and business consultant specialising in defining, designing and delivering change for leaders of world-class teams and organisations. James Kerr studied the All Blacks’ culture in his book Legacy, What The All Blacks Can Teach Us About The Business Of Life. James was the first outsider to ever be allowed on the inside of the All Blacks camp, his is a unique viewpoint that has never been reported before, and translates seamlessly into the business setting. Kerr argues that all winning teams share the same high-performance principles; a relentless focus on excellence, a collective commitment to an ‘uncommon cause’, a high degree of autonomy, trust and individual initiative, clear, candid and compelling communication, an emphasis on individual accountability, integrity and genuine humility, underpinned by a climate in which ‘leaders create leaders’.

This video is a great overview of Kerr’s book and the All Blacks’ ethos.

Kerr reveals the simple secrets of success that drive the best teams to extraordinary results – and what these teams can teach us about leading a business, a team, even a life. He helps organisations ‘lift their game’: galvanising and inspiring their teams, reconnecting them to a common purpose, connecting and de-siloing their businesses, developing leadership at every level, attracting and retaining top talent, and enhancing contribution, accountability and engagement.

In the past James has worked with the US Navy Seals, the FBI, UK Sport, the English Rugby Football Union, UK Swimming, UEFA, the Premier League, HSBC, Shell, Adidas and the Savoy and he is a regular contributor to broadcast and print media including the Guardian, Times, Daily Mail, Bloomberg, BBC and the Telegraph.

This ticket only event will take place in the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on Wednesday 10th October commencing at 7.30 am. While spaces for this event are near full allocation, if you would like to attend please register your interest here.
