1Our client a world-wide financial services company for the listing of investment funds and debt securities with an employee count of over 1000 approached us to assist them with their Irish operation.
The Process
2The client highlighted that they have between 40 and 50 hires each year and they do not have an internal recruitment team. They were using a range of different recruitment partners across different divisions. They wanted to have one point of contact across all divisions as they were spending a lot of management and HR time on recruitment. They also had a different terms and conditions across the different firms and they were looking to have a more transparent and unified structure.
The Results
3We proposed a master vendor model of recruitment whereby we had a resource on site who liaised with the external team in Lincoln on the different requirements. The onsite resource had a number of roles including: Work on-site to assist with resourcing; Dealt with internal and external requirements; Undertook all the administration tasks; Scheduled interviews; Reference checking; On Boarding; By collaborating with the team on and off site we were able to fill 100% of the roles in the first 6 months of the contract.
