The client was embedded in the Irish market and well known for the work they did in Financial Services and their employer brand was well known in that sector. They faced a challenge of building a R&D hub centred for Data Analytics and Technology which was a different type of talent than they previously hired for. They had a demand for up to 80 professionals and they had limited resources within their HR team. There was the added challenge that the people they were looking to hire were very niche and in high demand.
The client chose to work with Lincoln Recruitment on an exclusive agreement to assist them to hire the professionals they needed. Our team at Lincoln spent a significant amount of time on the client site to understand their needs and the type of person that would fit their culture. In partnership with the internal recruitment team we mapped out our vision and put together a plan to recruit and hire a quantum of Data and Technology specialists to build out this new team. We placed a strong focus on quality and we built a trust with the client to the point that they interviewed our candidates without screening and allowed us to set up interviews in their diaries. We enhanced their time to hire and improved the quality of candidate they attracted.
