Specialist Area

I am the Commercial Director for Lincoln Recruitment Specialists driving the strategic direction and operational execution of Lincoln Recruitment’s business, building on its strength at sourcing and vetting elusive candidates for positions in industries ranging from Accounting and Finance to IT. In addition, I lead the expansion of Lincoln Recruitment’s sales and delivery business in Ireland, helping more clients on-board the talent they need to drive their business forward.

My Advice

“If you are not giving this world your best what world are you saving it for?”

Whether it be Sport or Business I am a strong believer in striving to be the best you can be. A great way to do this is to set yourself regular targets and identify actions that you need to take to reach your targets. By doing this you know where you want to go and how to get there. By challenging yourself to do this you will move out of the comfort zone and embark on a journey to be the best you can be.

My Background

I have previously worked with one of Ireland's largest indigenous organisations; Aer Lingus, where I worked as a Employee Engagement Specialist leading projects in employee engagement and talent maximisation. I am also an active board member on two not-for-profit organisations, where I work on various organisation development and change initiatives, and other strategic planning projects.

I hold a first-class honours BSc in Physical Education with Biology from Dublin City University (DCU), and a postgraduate diploma in Management from the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

Aside from my professional career, I am an elite sportsman who has achieved the highest accolade in my sporting career. I played an integral role in Dublin Senior Men’s GAA All Ireland Success in 2011 and 2013 and have been awarded four consecutive All Star Awards for exceptional performance on the field.
